1. Eligibility: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Open to legal United States residents,18 years of age or older as of the date of this entry. Tenants and their employees of Sunvalley Mall, employees of The Taubman Company LLC, Sunvalley Shopping Center and the immediate families thereof are not eligible to enter or win any prize(s).This contest is being conducted from May 31, 2005 until June 19, 2005. All entries must be received during the contest period to be eligible. Only one entry per person during the contest period.
2. To Enter: You must register or already be registered for the shopsunvalley e-bulletin at www.shopsunvalley.com or enter in any participating Sunvalley store. Registration is free and no purchase is necessary. Only participating Sunvalley store entries and online entries through the registration page will be accepted. No mailed, e-mailed, phoned or faxed entries will be accepted.
3. Prizes: On or about June 20, 2005, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted. The following is a list of the prizes to be awarded: one shopping spree ($500 Sunvalley Gift Certificate) to be awarded to entrant for entrant's Dad. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail and phone. Prize(s) must be claimed no later than July 1, 2005. Prizes not claimed within such time will be given to an alternate winner. Prize(s) are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prize(s).
4. Limitations of Liability: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the winner is final. Shopping Center shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the contest without any further obligation due to events beyond its control. Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of Sunvalley Shopping Center and The Taubman Company LLC, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant's participation in this contest and/or entrant's acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winner(s) are responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning any prize(s).
5. General: Winner(s) entry and acceptance of the prize(s) constitutes permission for Sunvalley Shopping Center LLC and any affiliates to use their name, photograph and likeness for the purpose of advertising and promotion without further compensation. Sunvalley Shopping Center LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for any technical malfunction of any telephone or network lines, computers, servers or providers, software, any e-mail transmission failure, or entrants inability to enter the sweepstakes due to any technical problems on the Internet or www.shopsunvalley.com.
