Sunvalley Striders Club Waiver and Release
By changing your profile to become a Sunvalley Striders Club Member, you acknowledge and understand that Sunvalley Shopping Center is privately owned property designed solely as a regional retail facility. It is further understood that the use of the shopping center for walking is allowed by Sunvalley Shopping Center LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Owner"), strictly as a courtesy to the Sunvalley Striders Club Member and not as a legal duty or obligation and Owner may discontinue at any time without notice. Further, that by participating in any walking program, exercise classes and/or fitness program is strictly voluntary.
In consideration of such use, the Sunvalley Striders Club Member assumes all risks of injury and waives all legal rights and claims associated therewith and irrevocably releases Owner, and each party thereof, The Taubman Company LLC, as managing again, their officers, agents, directors and employees as well as any sponsor of the walking program from liability of any kind or nature whatsoever associated with use of the premises for the purpose of walking or any other type of exercise and any injury resulting therefrom.
