Facilities Superintendent
Sunvalley Shopping Center has an immediate opportunity for a Facilities Superintendent. The primary mission of this position is to support the facilities management program to ensure that the asset value of the center is maintained and protected.
Under the direction of the Facilities Director, responsibilities include supervision of facilities staff in implementing, coordinating and supporting all maintenance programs of the property.
You must be able to demonstrate prior experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building automation and other computer systems as well as the ability to coordinate and lead contract vendors.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities supervisor role
Strong communication and leadership skills

Facilities Maintenance Person
Sunvalley Shopping Center has an immediate opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance person. The primary mission of this position is to support the facilities management program to ensure that the asset value of the center is maintained and protected.
Responsibilities include both interior and exterior portions of the common area and project facilities including, but not limited to:
Performing maintenance and repair of the shopping centers mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, architectural features, wall and floor finishes.
Execute and implement preventive maintenance and repair for all systems and equipment using developed skills and direction from the Facilities Superintendent.
Coordinate and/or assist the work of center contracted services.
Prepare written or computer generated maintenance and repair records, logs, test reports, work orders, etc. to accurately document work performed.
Monitor, report, and maintain the inventory of parts and supplies for the facilities operation.
Ability to train, use, and maintain all equipment and tools in safe working order.
Ability to work in teams, be self-motivated, and develop a “hands on” pro active attitude as a member of the facilities team.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 to 3 years experience in facilities maintenance position with general knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and building automation systems.
