Sunvalley Gift Cards and American Express Gift Cards
Sunvalley gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500. The purchase fee is $2.50 per card. Sunvalley gift cards are valid at all fine restaurants, stores, or services who accept American Express, and at any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
American Express Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100 with service fees of $4, $5, and $6 respectively. For more information on the Sunvalley Gift Card or to check your balance click here.
Sunvalley gift cards and American Express gift cards are available at our Information Desk on the lower level near grand court. Corporate gift card orders can be placed in the Mall Management Office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Corporate checks will be accepted with proper identification. Stroller and wheelchair rental is provided free of charge.
(Security deposit for strollers - $20; wheelchairs - $20.)
Complimentary BART and bus schedules and taxi phone numbers are available at the Information Booth.
Mall Walker Program
Interested parties in the Mall Walking Program may register at the Information Desk, at which time they receive a brochure on calculating their mileage, map of the mall with distances marked, a chart on which mileage is entered, and a 10 percent discount card from participating Sunvalley stores.
When walkers complete 100 miles, they are given a mall walkers' shirt.
The mall doors open at 7 a.m. to accommodate early walkers. Official hours for the Sunvalley Walkers Program are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.
Walk both levels, including side corridors and you've walked 1 1/3 miles or walk the length of the Center five times, excluding side corridors, and you've walked 1 mile.
Photocopy and Fax Service
Copies are 20 cents per page for black and white, $1 per page for color. Faxes are $4 for the first page and $2 for additional pages (cash only). Both services are available in the Management Office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
