Restrooms are located on the upper level near JCPenney on the east side of the center (a family restroom is also located here), upper level in Grand Court across from Macy's West and on the lower level near Macy's Home store.
Our elevator is centrally located mid-mall in the Grand Court area.
There are also elevators in Sears, Macy's Men's and Home Furnishing, Macy's Women's, and JCPenney.
Escalators are located at the Sears end of the mall, at the JCPenney end, and inside both Macys Women's and Macys Men's.
There are also stairs in the mall in front of Macy's Men's, in the center of the mall near grand court, and in the mall in front of JCPenney.
There is a $20 refundable deposit required to use the strollers and a $20 refundable deposit to use the wheelchairs.

The ATMs are located in the mid-mall corridor on the lower level between Kay Jewelers and Helzberg Diamonds, on the upper level in the corridor between Fred Meyer Jewelers and Aveda, and lower level at the JCPenney end of the mall near Surf City Squeeze and Sunglass Hut.
Lost and Found is located in the Security Office, on the lower level in the hallway just before the entrance to Macy's Men's and Home Furnishings. Follow the hallway to the top, on the left.

Sunvalley Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $300. The purchase fee is $2.50 per card. Sunvalley Gift Cards are valid at all fine restaurants, stores, or services who accept American Express, and at any Taubman mall across the country. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
